Each room combines antique and modern furniture, with some rooms offering balconies overlooking the Gilão River. Some rooms have a private bathroom inside the room, others have a private bathroom outside the room, and a few use a shared bathroom. The rooms are identified with a painting of a local bird instead of room numbers, hand-painted by a local artist.

There are two fully equipped kitchens per floor for guests to prepare meals, each with allocated fridge space and a water cooler with free filtered water. The roof terrace offers 360° views of the river and town, with tables and chairs for relaxing. A private garden at the back is frequented by friendly cats, and there is a sun terrace with outdoor furniture.
